Planned commissioning saved in 36 hours

A European nozzle manufacturer supplied special nozzles with the wrong spray angle to a plant operator in the environmental technology sector. Unfortunately, the problem only became apparent during installation and shortly before the planned commissioning of the system, which had to go into operation after a weekend.

This was a very urgent and tight deadline, but not a problem for us at all.

The plant operator turned to Wenzel in desperation four days before commissioning, as he was unable to obtain a practicable solution to the problem from the supplier. After clarifying all the technical data and feasibility, Wenzel immediately organized the urgent transport of the system.

Thanks to our reliability and the high standards we set ourselves, we were able to solve the problem in just 36 hours and not only enable the customer to carry out the planned commissioning, but also help to save the costs of the delayed commissioning.
